Returns.
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on used or opened items.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

-Your order number
-A description of the issue
-Clear photos of the item(s)
Once approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
-Opened or used products
-Products without original packaging
-Sale items (if applicable)
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in cases where a replacement cannot be provided. If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Shipping Issues
Bare Ritual is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. Please contact your local carrier for assistance.
