Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please note that during product launches, promotions, or high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. Bare Ritual is not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been shipped, Bare Ritual is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly. However, we’ll do our best to help where we can.

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at bareritualshop@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
